Dionna has
over 15 years of clinical and administrative experience within the dental industry. She began her professional
career as a dental assistant, learning hands-on each area of the dental practice. After advancing through
the clinical and administrative areas in both general dentistry and a specialty practice, she found herself managing several
dental practices. Her administrative and clinical skills lead her to a love of training to help others
advance in their dental careers by training in each area of the dental practice to help expand their knowledge.
Dionna worked as a clinical and administrative instructor for Werner Consulting Company, who later merged with Mercer
Advisors, where she worked as a practice management consultant. Her love for training and empowering people with the famous
quote ‘When you know better you do better,’ lead her to found Cardinal Dental Consulting, where administrative
and clinical skills are taught at a higher level.
